At night I can see the lights shining up but I can't see the seamoth at all. You'll need to press F3, then F8, then uncheck "disable console", then press F8, F3, then press the Enter key (might need to bump F3 on and off a time or two more, it's weird I know). It's right beside the water edge but I can't move it. I had the same problem. I got a rock and with the repulsor cannon and I moved the rock to the sub, then shot the rock at the sub and it moved it back into the water after a few hits. I can't take credit for this, someone else suggested it and it worked for me.Either propulsion cannon or just keep running into it, it happened to me before and I just kept running into it as it slowly moved back. Actually i had exact same problem on this spot. I started to go from one side underneath with seagllide and almost clip into seamoth but it moved a little bit. Did it few times and I pushed it baco somehow.

you should be as close to the terrain as possible. it will dig 40 meters 360° all around you. go into the seamoth, swim away from the dug spot, to be sure the double distance, so 80 meters or more if you want to, save game, close it, open it again. the dig command will be undone and the original terrain will be restored when you close and ...
