The controller doesn't work on the Steam Deck with the 2.4GHz dongle. It just doesn't. And also can just stream the input by using the Steam Link app. Mixing Moonlight for streaming to the TV and Steam Link on Deck for use as controller, the game has problems detecting and configuring the Deck. What you can do: Install Chiaki in Desktop mode on the Steam Deck and turn on remote play.
