For looks alone, I like Light Silent Legion minus the helmet. Followed closely by black primary, sea green secondary Redeemed Silent Legion. Sea green secondary since Khultulun is a Turanian. And Redeemed is more practical than light armor. Not to mention skimpy chain mail armor.

Also, the Redeemed Legion armor doesn't drop, it needs to be crafted and as such, your best alternative armor set is the Frost Giant armor which is learned from Vanir summons if they happen to drop armor pieces. #1.
