It can be frustrating yeah. One time I went in solo, and walked away with around 14 or so Toroids after 25 mins (I had a Resource Booster so 7 really) and I was just there to level my Necramech. I had a friend who also needed to level up a Necramech, but needed Toroids, so we went back in and only got 4 (technically 2) after 25 mins.
