Totto's style of ramen lies somewhere in between the hangover cure of Rai Rai Ken and the excess pork of Ippudo. They use chicken-based broth instead of pork and the noodles are very thin. It feels incredibly authentic and satisfying.

Love myself a bowl of ramen and some pork buns once and a great while and decided to try out Totto Ramen for the first time. Typically a big fan of Ippudo, but based on the great reviews for this place I decided to check it out. Ordered the Spicy Paitan and overall was a pretty good ramen dish. Pretty full of flavor.
