In fact, since Nogdor was only at 5 stars, you could probably use any decent champion at 6 stars and get the same result.Dhukk being def-based is nice, but Stag has very good defensive base stats anyways. The short version on why not replace Stag is "because you already have a fully built and booked Stag". Even if Dhukk is slightly better, that's a lot of resources to spend for a minor improvement.
